1. Services

CarSelectLuxUp provides luxury car selection, consulting, and personalized acquisition assistance. Our service is designed to match clients with premium vehicles based on their preferences and budget.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

3. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise indicated.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our luxury vehicle sourcing service, refunds are only offered under the following conditions:

• If we are unable to deliver any matching vehicle options within 30 days of payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
• If you cancel your request within 48 hours of order confirmation and before any vehicle options are presented, you will receive a full refund minus a CHF 50 administrative fee.
• Once a proposal has been accepted and the vehicle acquisition process initiated, no refunds will be issued.

5. Liability Disclaimer

CarSelectLuxUp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or third-party dealerships.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the canton of Schaffhausen.
